The World Navigator is a small ice class expedition luxury vessel with only 184 guests, which allows for optimum land exploration. It is a newer ship, 18 months old in March 2023 built to minimize noise that stresses marine wildlife by using a hydro-jet propulsion system allowing virtually silent cruising up to five knots for incomparable, up close encounters with marine life while keeping a safe distance with the eco-system and marine life in mind. NO anchors used maintaining position using a GPS-based Dynamic Position System. Because this is a small Expedition ship, we are allowed, weather permitting, to launch zodiacs for sea and land exploration. Kayaking, paddle boarding and overnight camp on land are additional options,
